Have you read the Terms of Use? http://code.google.com/apis/maps/terms.html

Section 10.10 seems relevant: "You may not ... incorporate Tele Atlas
Content as a core part of printed matter ... that you redistribute for
a fee (you must contact Tele Atlas to obtain a direct license if you
desire to do [this]);"

I don't know whether your paper will get distributed for a fee.

There's also http://www.google.com/intl/en-us/help/legalnotices_maps.html
-- if your hospital is funded wholly or in part by the United States
Government, you can't republish the mapping.

Ultimately you need to satisfy yourself about whether you meet the
Terms, and what attributions you need to include (whether Google, or
TeleAtlas, or anyone else).
