I know GIsrael is not Google Israel - I spoke with them earlier this week - they provide the map data to Google. And contrary to your assumption THERE IS Google Israel. Anyway, GIsrael advised me to contact Google directly and find out re my enquiry. It may be a licensing issue but I want to hear it in an unambiguous way.
