Actually, this is a very different issue than is described in that
thread.

I am also having the same issue. I am getting non-deterministic
results for the sub administrative area for states that contain more
than one word. Sometimes it works properly and returns the two letter
US state code, but once in a while it returns an incorrect value:

Rhode Isl
N Carolina
S Carolina
N Dakota
S Dakota
W Virgina

Those should be coming back as RI, NC, SC, SD, WV.... which they do
most of the time. The inconsistency is really frustrating. Geocoding
the same string should always return the same value.
