Yes.  The old v1 symbols for the map types were accidentally removed
by Google (a while ago now...).

If you look at the javascript errors on your map you will see:
Error: G_SATELLITE_TYPE is not defined

Line: 34

The best way to fix it is to use the v2 types as described here:
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/upgrade.html#MapTypeNames
