The trouble is not only with reverse geocoding. Every street level
geocoding with hl=en seems to return Helsinki as Helsínquia. It is
also on maps.google.com.
I believe it is temporary. Two days ago it was ok. Half an hour ago
geocoding 'Helsinki' returned also 'Helsínquia' but now the trouble is
only in street level geocoding.
