The Google AJAX API provides a function to return the clients lat/long
based on their IP address.  More information is available at the
Google AJAX API site here - 
http://code.google.com/apis/ajax/documentation/#GettingStarted.

To grab the clients lat/long you'll want to read more about the Client
Location function here - 
http://code.google.com/apis/ajax/documentation/#ClientLocation.
