I haven't read your code in detail, and I don't suppose many others
will either. Perhaps you missed the posting guidelines-

which request a link from you, to your problem page.
Something that looks fishy,
marker.openExtInfoWindow(...
and
map.closeInfoWindow(map);
Were you expecting to open and close the same kind of infowindow?
Maybe the ducumentation will help (methods) -
