If you load with IE7, Safari or Opera, when finished loading, number
of elements is equal to that expected: 90/90.
If you load with FF3 or Chrome, sometime you note number of elements
overload: that is, you have a 104/90, a 113/90, and so on.

If you inspect code, you note ProgressbarControl counter is increased
in a function called by a "for" cycle; same parameter is used as "for"
limit, and passed to progressbar.start() method, so there's no obvious
reason for "overcounting".

What about?
