The data is from http://www.maponics.com - you might want to contact them for pricing and terms. As far as free data is concerned, there isn't any. You could build your own but it would take millions of points and lots of math to do so. I suggest you switch strategies or purchase a license to the area code data. That's about all you'll be able to do.
