First thing to do is to make sure that the site certificates are in order! You are self-certificating, which means that visitors are unlikely to trust the issuing authority by default; the certificate doesn't match the server it's being used for; and it's expired. I don't have a new version of Opera, but it's possible that you have set your default security options to reject invalid certificates. When I use your site and go through the steps to accept your data (in Firefox 2.20), I do get your icons, but the default ones aren't removed.
