I have added another border to the demo.
I realize it is a hack but another person asserted it could not be
done.
The API provides no way to generate encoded polys on the fly. You are
expected deliver previously built encoded polys from your server.
The file:
www.polyarc.us/packer.js
will let you build encoded polys on the fly.
