I have been advised this: Hello, I think you can use the removeControl function in your custom javascript. See the API docs: removeControl(control:GControl) Removes the control from the map. It does nothing if the control was never added to the map. I cannot access you .js script from my computer to try it. If we can drop the default map control the PMD (phpmydirectory.com community) can use your Google map modification while we wait for Google to make the change. Any thoughts?
