There's a limit to the size of a file that GGeoXML will process. One way round that is to use GeoXml or EGeoXml instead of GGeoXml on your original KML/KMZ file.
Another way round it is to export the KML for the individual pages from MyMaps (use the "View in Google Earth" option), then use a separate instance of GGeoXml to load each page. The downside of either method is that you may well find that your page may become rather sluggish in some environments.
