Yes you will need to contact your Premier Representive as best we know
from the outside they need to autherize lifting the limitation. If you
dont have the contact details, then guess yes you will have to wait
for your boss to return.

(as a temporally stop gap solution you might be able to proxy (some
of) the requests via some other server - so that Google see the
requests coming from a different IP address)
