It seems like all US states except the Dakotas and Carolinas return
their two character state code in the AdministrativeAreaName result.
These return "N Dakota" or "S Carolina".

Similar things happen with the "address" result for results with an
accuracy higher than 2.  i.e. "Bizmark North Dakota" returns
"Bismarck, N Dakota, USA" vs "Los Angeles California" returns "Los
Angeles, CA, USA"
