Thanks for, at least, looking...  I've had to revert back to the full
directory path (http://www.mhartman-wx.com/wcn/) rather than using the
sub-domain (http://wcn.mhartman-wx.com).  That's why you weren't able
to view the page at that address.  I apologize.

It appears that was the root of the problem

Apparently, the "process_it" function and sub-domains do not get along
(a bug in the code, maybe?).  I tried entering both "http://
wcn.mhartman-wx.com/wcn_db.txt" and "http://www.mhartman-wx.com/wcn/
wcn_db.txt" as direct URL's for the GDownloadUrl call when using the
sub-domain, but that didn't seem to fix the problem either.

I'll just have to put up with having to use the full directory path as
my URL, rather than the sub-domain.  Which is fine.  The Earth will
rotate just the same.  ;)
