Here you all go. This one is killing me. (any help would be greatly appreciated)
I am building a two phase website for a client. We are going to be using realtors accross the country to fill our database once they sign up. Phase one - I have built a user registration, user login, user logout, user cancel account, ect. This works... Finally... but there is more. I have found a script that will allow me to add a 'add location' form to the 'members' section of the above. This will allow the registered realtors to add listings to the database. this does not work yet. What I need help for is this. I need to find a way to have the realtors pay either for a 1 month account, 6 month account, or a 1 year account. Once picked and paid for, their account will be unlocked, or activated. But once their account is not updated monthly or yearly, then they are 'suspended' which would void their access until they pay. How in the crap am I to do this? with php, and mysql. Want me to make it even harder? I need to be able to allow them once logged in, to add or delete just what they have added to the database. even change what they added. They will also have to enter an 'expire' date which would some how delete itself from the database once that time is over. say for example, if I were to have an open house on feb. 2, and today is feb.4 the listing should have already deleted itself. Anyway...its really late and Im a bit tired. so Im probably not making much sense right now. I have thought about using joomla and then once the user registers and pays they would have access to a section that would allow them to do all the above. but no luck there much because I do not know joomla. Im hoping not to loose this project.
