Ah, bad form to reply to self...anyway,
Additional...if you submit the "5290 Beltline Road, Addison, TX,
75240, United States" address for geocoding via the http interface,
you get a 602 result. If you use the Dallas address, it returns a
location in Grand Prairie with an accuracy level of 8. This is REALLY
throwing me off.
