Thanks. I deleted all of the content on my web server, including my CGI-bin
folder. I even deleted my Flash content and put up a text only index.html
file with only 2 lines of text, just to be sure I am not sending viruses to
the world. I called iPower and they said that my ISP would be Comcast in
reference to the comment by Rossko below:

"Somehow, the links you supplied were trying to load malware onto viewer's
PCs. That's either because you put it there, or because your ISP put it
there - in either case it could be inadvertantly.
If you're sure it's not you, you might want to consider another ISP.
If they let someone else hijack their error page for example, it doesn't
give much confidence in their service for you."

I fail to believe that Comcast would have hijacked error pages. I would
believe that iPower has a security problem, which I am trying to rectify.
Hopefully nobody has been damaged by anything I did. Thanks for letting me
know the map works. I get it now, also got my PHP book out, however it is so
old it doesn't even talk about the XML aspect (AJAX).

The second time I copied and pasted the php file from the tutorial is when I
developed the duplicated markers, because the code on the map tutorial has
the return statement twice in the copy on the html page:

I should be okay now, thanks again, I'll work on putting the meeting db
together, so I can help people find meetings in their area that need them.
Take care:)

Take care,
Colette

Don't worry. Your map and your XML generator work.
However, most markers tend to appear twice in the
XML output:
