Thanks that was it, for some reason  I overlooked it about 20 times.
It helps to have that extra set of eyes to look as well.

I am not sure what this means,  I assume that it is meant to simplify
the page (due to the 1000+ lines).  If there is a better way of
showing a "demo/working version" I would be happy to comply.  I tend
to feel bad due to this still being a very early version.
