We are planning to buy a premium for Intranet use, but I got a very surprising statement from one of the Google sales:
"If you are not using our map tiles in your application then you can't legally use Google Maps. " Could that possibly be true? I know customized MapTypes with non- google tiles for the free API has been there like forever, is this just for the premium only? Can someone with premium service please confirm? Thanks a million!
