You can't link to an open info window ("balloon") of a KML or KMZ file
in maps.google.com
You can link to a specific zoom level and location by adding &z and &ll
parameters to the end of the URL, like
http://maps.google.com/?q=http://www.manoweb.com/alesan/montagna/20090110
-PtReyes/20090110-PtReyes.kmz&z=19&ll=38.00952,-122.84328
