GGeoXml doesn't give you any control over the zindex settings. The 
GGeoXml overlay itself doesn't have a zindex of its own, the different 
types of objects that it adds to your map each have their own zindex 
settings and can be scattered across different panes.

EGeoXml allows you to specify markeroptions which will be applied to all 
the markers that it adds to the map. Write your own zindex process, and 
set {markeroptions:{zIndexProcess:myprocess}}

The API doesn't provide any mechanism for controlling the zindex of 
polylines, polygons or groundoverlays, so you can't do that even with 
EGeoXml.
