Hello Larry, thanks for your help.
In the mean time, i've tried using JQuery instead of Scriptaculous...and of course the problem is the same because it is GMap related as you've explained. Anyway, because I couldn't find the place where to put exactly the map.checkResize() function, i've kept on looking in the previous discussions and found another guy like me who had the problem and whom you've answered too... that guy found the solution with the size option of the Gmap2 constructor... it works for me as well. I still have a small issue though, but can figure out if it is my browser that makes the problem or if anyone see it. Here is the link again: http://www.expertshop.be/fr/shop/1230/animal-confort-loncin.htm Under Safari and Chrome, everything is just fine !! Under IE7: everything is fine except that the map disappear after being slided in !!!!! But if you slightly change the size of the window...then it comes back... have you seen this before ? do you have the same issue (just so you know, I use IE7 under VMware on a mac...that's perhaps a reason ???) Under Firefox mac: it shows ok, but if I click on the marker, there goes the problems with the centering again... :( do you see the same thing ? thanks for your great help antoine --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
