The problem is that the infowindow contents isn't added to the DOM
until it is rendered. You need to move this code:
panoMini = new GStreetviewPanorama(document.getElementById
("svMini"));
panoMini.setLocationAndPOV(latlon, 0);
Into a function that is executed after the browser has had time to
render the infowindow (so document.getElementById can find the div).
