Internet Explorer 7
Internet Explorer 8
Internet Explorer 8 Compatability View
Vista
I've been trying to get an embedded Street View to work for a couple
of days. Works OK in FF, but not in IE.
Code obtained from http://maps.google.com.au/ using the "Link"
facility.
I eventually come across the Google Maps API site, and found the
Street View doesn't work on this site either.
What I have found is, if you go to this page:
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/services.html#Streetview
The Street View of 1060 Avenue of the Americas will come up. But if
you refresh or return to the page, the Street View doesn't show. Every
time you now go to the page, the embedded Street View will not show.
If you delete the Browsing History/Temporary Internet Files and
refresh or return to the page, the embedded Street View will show for
the first time but not after that.
In my project, it must have worked the first time, but I didn't
notice. From then on it didn't work as I didn't delete the Browing
History/Temporary Internet Files. As you don't.
Any help please, is there a way around this?
