Can you charge a fee for a service that adds event or listing type content as long as the map that displays the content is free and in public view?
Just for example: If I build an app that allows real estate agents to add their listings in a unique way. The Google Map API with their listings is displayed to the public for free. Can I charge the real estate person a fee for adding his listing? Anyone have the answer to this?
