Hi,
I'm sorry if this has been addressed. I've read the rules and searched
high and low and tried to avoid having to post here but I'm at a loss
on how to do..

Here goes..

I followed 2 google tutorials on geocoding and creating xml for my map
to digest. It works great! BUT..

I'm looking to filter the markers based on an url parameter or some
other means.
I will be setting up a master detail php relationship on a site and
would like to show a google map on the detail page. Rather then show
ALL the XML records, I'd prefer to show just the relevant record in
question and hopefully centre window on that marker too.

Is this possible? If i needed to pass a url parameter from my master
page, could this even be done? I dont think so..

Any suggestions are welcome on how to achieve. I just figured this
would be a very common use to focus on one entry at a time from a
whole table in a database, but cannot find much out there.

Thanks in advance and a link to the tutorials I have followed from
google can be found at http://www.nvdev.ca/googlemap/phpsqlajax_map.htm
