As gone through the link.I didn't get how to label the marker.
Most of the discussions i found the xml with lat & lng but my xml contains address. I used geocoder to get lat and lng and Gmarker to get the marker on map. But this didn't help me to get label. and last thing i found using labelmarker and let me know how to use it.
