I really appreciate you taking your time to answer me. The issue is there is a lot of addresses and plus they also are entered in by visitors and I would have to geocode all of them (a real pain) and no I am not a programmer so I do not have the ability to write a program, I know enough to get by;). I do understand I could geocode by hand but I really need to know if what I asked is possible because it's a lot of work the other way. Is this possible and how could I accomplish this, it's for a directory?
