Probably both, if you can actually get a key for your IDN name. Have a
look at http://mapki.com/wiki/Punycode

You will need to ensure that the keys you get are different, and you
may need to use particular browsers for the IDN key (but I can't
remember what works and what doesn't). Searching the group for IDN may
help, too.
