It's possible to steal content directly from maps.google.com, like this http://econym.org.uk/gmap/example_egeohotels.htm
To add "get directions" you'd need to do this: http://econym.org.uk/gmap/directions.htm To add "search nearby" you'd need to use the Google AJAX Search API/ Adding "add to MyMaps" isn't going to be possible (at least not adding it to Google MyMaps: if you've written your own equivalent of MyMaps you could send it there). Adding "Send" gets a bit complicated.
