I have a client posting false information on a review. She has put things in her review that are not true. She contacted me about a refund and was unwilling to provide any proof that there were any issues. She called and told me that she was unhappy because she had plumbing leaks and a foundation issue. I told her that the plumbing issues were detailed in my report and that I would be willing to revisit her house to look at the foundation (my notes say that there are not foundation issues). She refused and now says it was the AC that she has an issue with. My report says that the air conditioning thermostat was not functioning. It is not possible to operate the AC without a functioning thermostat. It is not possible for an inspector to identify a non-working condenser without a functioning thermostat. I also find it curious that the client would only wants a refund, and is not requesting the cost of the AC condensing unit. I have determined that she was being dishonest about all of her claims.
I work hard to maintain a good reputation, and do not like the idea of anyone spreading false information. What can I do about this issue? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
