I can't see anything different about the way your page works in IE. (1) In all browsers you're encountering the fact that the overview map is now in an external module, so you can't immediately reposition it. See: http://econym.org.uk/gmap/modularized.htm Note that any interaction with the overview map is undocumented, and may fail in some future version. In this case, a change in November 2007 caused your code to fail.
