Just a comment. Is geolocating the client IP address going to do the job you want it to? Many ISPs acting as gateways, use IP addresses that all resolve down to the ISP headquarters. For instance, my IP address will turn up to be located in a big city on the coast. Whereas my actual location is 50kms away inland with my 'local' shopping community another 50 kms further inland!
