Sounds reasonable that you've been blocked. What status do you get
with your zero coordinates? 620?

It's 15000 in any 24 hours, not per midnight-to-midnight day. There is
also a speed limit, which is variable depending on server load. And
perhaps Google have identified that you are bulk geocoding and taken a
dislike to it. 15000/day is one every 6 seconds or so, which is well
under the speed limit.

You can query again when you can do that, I'm afraid. There's no
status enquiry available.
