Not with the free version of the API.

You can either use the Premier version, or place your actual maps in an 
<iframe> that points to the same domain, or register keys for all your 
domains and switch keys as the page is loaded.

Note that you don't need a separate key for subdomains. If you register 
"http://linternaute.com"; the key will work for 
"http://copainsdavant.linternaute.com"; etc.
