I agree with Ralph. Very good map!

Constructive criticism:

- I think your cluster-zoom logic needs tuning. Picking places at
random, I clicked on Co. Leitrim and then Knockvicar - I love
placenames like that!. The first zoom (Leitrim) was fine, but the
second went too far; I had to manually zoom out twice to see any
properties. If possible, it'd be nice to make the cluster-zooms adapt
to their clustered data.

- The browser's Back button doesn't work well. If you open a brochure
for a property, then click Back, the map is back to all of Ireland
rather than where you left it. One easy solution would be to open
property brochures in another window. Or, there are a number of
techniques by which the map can remember its last location (here's
one: http://econym.org.uk/gmap/cookies.htm).

But again, good map!
