Thats the release project, so it should be stable. Pamela has been
recommending to do that.

The only thing is the link points to the latest version, which might
change, can link to a specific version

http://gmaps-utility-library.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/markermanager/1.0/src/markermanager.js

to prevent that.

Yes that might indeed be required, if syria are blocking files from googlecode.
