The link http://maps.google.com/staticmap?markers=22.317017%2C114.188987&size=250x250 will work if referred from a local host, but if referred to in an img link from a web page it needs a key.
Please give a link to the page you are trying to produce. "Referrer may be charged by the operator when viewed on the phone" ? Stiff bickies! I get charged for the data stream when I view a map over the internet!
