Hi,
I am currently involved in a research project where I need to
extract information off google maps. I'm trying to extract information
on bike-sharing stations in Paris.
If you look at http://www.velib.paris.fr/ , they have a google map
with markers denoting bike-sharing stations. Once you hover over the
marker, it pops up an information window showing the total number of
slots vacant and the ones that are currently in use.
I've looked though the google map APIs, and apart from reverse
engineering to get geocodes, there seems to be no other way by which I
can get any other data through the map.
Can somebody here please enlighten me as to how information from a
google map can be extracted?
