GML doesnt have a tag or attribute that would hyperlink
or this content is html formated either...
but if you are extending it you could extend it using  markup
from other sets.... kml  or  atom?

I didnt actually try either of the above but my GeoXml parser is neutral about 
mixed namespace elements in your
xml you can mix an match freely.
