It's probably better to use {maptypes:G_MAPMAKER_MAP_TYPES}, so that you
don't get the normal normal and hybrid maps at the same time. They have
the same names, so it gets a bit confusing.
Previously, MapMaker imagery only became available once the data for a
particular country became sufficiently stable to be released to the main
map tiles, as has happened for Peru, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda.
