I had done some plumbing work at a residence with a broken sidewalk, upon completion the city inspector said I was liable for the cracked sidewalk. The sidewalk was cracked before the project began.( Due to tree roots) On Google street view there is a updated picture with the crack there but not too clear. The renter said that the previous picture had a better picture of the side walk. So here I am.
