I would like to make a map catalog - list of the schools in our country. I would like to allow everyone (after sign-in etc.) to add his school, with its lat/lng, name, photo, contact etc. so i will not need to maintain whole database myself. Is there any open source applicatio, which can take care of this (user administration, object administration, protect from spam etc.) ? Thank you
