Thanks again for the help, Lance. Your example doesn't throw any
errors for me, but the info balloons don't seem to fire reliably.

When I try to follow your code changes on my server, I still get
errors in MSIE6. Did you change the copy of geoxml.js on your server?

Just because of the performance issues of loading all these polygon
nodes, I may have to leave the neighborhood polygons off the final
map.
