Not sure. I want to click at one point, click another, draw this line (etc, etc) and save this info - the instrument for inputting transport network, which later may be used for various calculations. When the network (or its part) is ready I want to draw it above the map and (in particular) change its scale together with the background. Is it more clear? (sorry for my English...)
