If Google could have obtained a licence that permits them to 
redistribute the imagery, rather than just displaying it in their own 
pages, then they would have done that. Just like they do for the rest of 
the world. Google are prepared to go to considerable lengths to obtain 
such licences so the problem is likely to be on GIsrael's side.
