Greetings. The Google Maps API Terms of Service are not clear to me under the following scenario.
I'm looking to launch an application that is publicly accessible. But I also intend to sell SaaS-style subscriptions that let people store, access and administer their own content from their own private page/ admin panel. The content they are keeping with my company is meant to interface with a map service like Google Maps... Is it possible to provide such a service without having to purchase the Premier version of the Google Maps API? Would I be violating the Terms of Service if I were to use the free version of the Google Maps API?
