There may be a fault when a map is accessed directly from a link in
Flash, and it probably indicates something wrong with Referer headers.
The workaround which has appeared here before is not to link to the
map page directly, but to another page which redirects to the map.
That redirecting page could consist simply of a <meta> tag which
immediately redirects.

I can't reproduce the problem in IE6: that works. I don't run Flash in
Firefox: there appears to be a problem with finding a link to access
the map at all from a non-Flash browser.
